Every different gem, including fusions, has its own unique room in the Crystal Temple as long as that gem exists (i.e. Pearl and Garnet must be fused as Sardonyx to access Sardonyx's room). However, it is unknown whether a fusion of one of the 5 original Crystal Gems (Pearl, Amethyst, Ruby, Sapphire, and Steven) with someone who is not a Crystal Gem (i.e. Peridot, Lapis, Connie, etc.) will open a unique room, as only the 5 original Crystal Gems can use their Gem Stones as keys to open the temple door.
