The Quad used for Sandra Dee's college was the Quad between Royce Hall and Powell Library at UCLA in Westwood Village. She and her roommate are in a 'window' on the south side of the Quad, which is Powell. All of the shots of the Quad are toward the south, including the reverse shots; the front of Royce is not featured. The cars entering the Quad, with the boys, are coming from the west, the direction of the Janss Steps.
