In the story "Lights- Camera- Crime!" (Batman Vol 1 #50, December 1948), Vicki Vale uses the Bat-Signal to summon Batman to police headquarters. In this movie, Dr. Chase Meridian (Nicole Kidman) summons Batman the same way.
