In the strip club, a woman is seen blinking a nictitating membrane - a third eyelid seen in some reptiles, sharks, and birds. Will Smith's character in Men in Black (1997), an NYPD cop, sees the same blinking happen on an alien he's pursuing (and the catalyst for K recruiting him).
