In a heat in 1997, Colin Cadby was judged to have given an incorrect answer to a question when he had actually got it correct. He ended up losing to Tony Dart. However, he qualified as one of the highest-scoring losers, and ended up beating Dart on the way to an appearance in the Grand Final.
