The first evidence that the Stargirl series is indeed in the Arrowverse was from DC's Legends of Tomorrow ("Bad Blood," S6E10), in which in 1935 Spooner consoles Fernando that any moment, a bunch of superheros were going to come through a door (meaning the Legends). Fernando asks, "Like the Justice Society of America?" So Fernando had heard of the JSA.
