Despite the happy theme of the cartoon at the end of the movie, are few dark items are hidden in the short sequence: A noose hangs from a tree behind the wolf. The trees in front of the witch's house are shaped like nude female figures. A woman's feet stick out from under a pile of logs next to the house. A crow eats a worm, which immediately comes out of its anus with an angry expression. The pig snorts a stream of milk on the ground like cocaine. One of the mother pig's nipples is briefly visible. (The coal heap seen briefly is a reference to the death of Bruce's brother.)
