During the scene where Victor explains how America got its hands on the Mother Box, he reveals that the German military discovered it near the end of the Second World War and it was intercepted and captured by the American military en route to Berlin. This is a direct contradiction to the 'end credit' scene of the Wonder Woman solo movie that acts as a supposed prequel to either cut of Justice League, since it is implied that Diana and her allies found the Mother Box between the end credit scene of Wonder Woman, which is set only a week or two after the end of The Great War (World War One). It is unlikely that the Allies would have let such a discovery as the Mother Box just remain in Europe, especially after such a devastating military conflict.
