Billy Sparks, one of Sheldon's (Jim Parsons) childhood bullies is mentioned twice in the series, in episodes 3.5, The Big Bang Theory: The Creepy Candy Coating Corollary (2009), and 5.12, The Big Bang Theory: The Shiny Trinket Maneuver (2012). In Young Sheldon (2017) we get to see Billy, who is played by Wyatt McClure.
