Firefly: The Message
When Kaylee and Inara first meet, Inara ask her: "So, do aliens live among us?", and Kaylee answers "Yeah, one of them's a doctor". Despite she's talking about Dr. Simon, this is a reference to the Doctor from Doctor Who.
