The Bionic Bunny cartoon show that we see a brief clip of on TV is Arthur's version of the Super-man cartoon show. Bionic Bunny wears the exact same clothes as Superman except with a "B" instead of an "S" on his chest. As we only see the clip for a second in the background, a reference link makes more sense than spoofs.
