Ghost in the Shell
In Nemesis, Picard quotes the first part of 1 Corinthians 13:12 and at the end of the movie, Data dies after having transferred his memory into B-4. In Kôkaku kidôtai (Ghost in the Shell) this same part of the passage is quoted and at the end of the film the Puppet Master transfers his identity into Motoko before dying, followed by the quoting of the rest of the passage.
