Life on Batteries: The COVID Zone
The opening scene is shot in black and white and pays homage to the original Twilight Zone TV series, with an introduction in the style of Rod Serling, culminating in the appearance of the "omniscient narrator" in the scene at the end of the opening sequence. The episode title, "The COVID Zone" also references the series.
