Dad's Army: Wake-Up Walmington
Pike says he copied his pinstripe suit outfit from a picture of Edward G Robinson in Scarface (1932). However, Edward G Robinson was not in Scarface. He is probably confusing it with Little Caesar (1931), where Robinson did wear a pinstripe suit.
