During Veronica's dream sequence. She asks Keith "How's the sheriffin' business?" To which he responds "Pretty sweet. We've got Otis sleeping it off in Cell 1..." This a reference to the character of Otis Campbell, a town drunk on 'The Andy Griffith Show' who would frequently "sleep off" a hangover in the Mayberry Jail.
