Sergeant Vrataski is referred to by her military nickname,"Full Metal Bitch." Similar to how characters have nicknames in Fullmetal Alchemist such as the "Crimson Alchemist" (Solf J. Kimblee) or the "Flame Alchemist" (Roy Mustang) and of course the "Fullmetal Alchemist" (Edward Elric).
