Fallout: New Vegas
Benny resembles The Joker from The Dark Knight, similar dialogue, the player can suggest to him to play all sides against each other and to mess up all of their plans, to which Benny replies "now you're talking" just like the scene in which Dent lets chance decide the fate of the Joker , who doesn't seem to mind that his life may end and appears to enjoy the situation, just like Benny again.
