At about 11 1/2 minutes in, when Mark Antony is practicing fighting with Vorenus, he stumbles and someone in the room laughs at him. Antony asks him, "Do I amuse you? [pause for response] A clown, am I ?" This is a direct reference to Joe Pesci's famous scene with Ray Liotta in Goodfellas
