In the honeymoon scene, the ring slides down Fiona's hand stretched towards the camera and glows with words "I Love You" this is referencing the One Ring. Additionally, in the DVD menu, Donkey suggests that the film be titled "Shrek 2: The Fellowship of the Donkey", among many other titles.
