The Lone Gunmen: Three Men and a Smoking Diaper
The Gunmen tap into a TV interviewer's ear piece and have him ask questions about a believed consipracy. When the police catch Langly still speaking into the mic, Frohike says "Pay no attention to that man." This is a reference to what the the Wizard of Oz says when he is caught in a similar situation: "Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain."
