In Hagrid's hut (in the extended edition this is ca. 1h50m-1h55m), there's a small square matte with a lightning bolt cutout visible at the top of the frame in some shots, seemingly obscuring some background object, but it hasn't been hidden/replaced and matched to the brightness of the surrounding image. This appears in the original print and all subsequent releases containing the scene.
