When Pamela and Ernest enter the Orlando jail, why doesn't the cop check Ernest Identification??? He could have simply done this and avoided the whole thing. He could have called the governors office and simply asked if Enest was employee are not, for that matter he could have checked Pamelas identification also, yet he doesn't do either.
