When Mississippi confronts Charlie Higgins in the cantina, Pedro the gunman is sitting at the table smoking a thin long brown cigar. After Mississippi kills Higgins with his knife, the scene goes back to him standing between Milt and Pedro, and Pedro dramatically throws his smoke to the floor, but now it is a short white cigarette.
