Towards the end of the miniseries, Duke pulls a homing beacon out of his pocket and activates it so the Joes can traces its signal. First, why didn't Duke turn it on when he was *first* taken to the Cobra HQ? Secondly, as with Snake-Eyes, is security at Cobra HQ so lax that they don't check to see if prisoners are carrying weapons, or homing beacons, on them?
