Multiple times throughout the series, when helicopters are utilized and fast roping is executed, the helicopters are seen leaving with the ropes still attached. Not only is this a Operational safety violation but it it can be a potentially catastrophic one. the one reason is, ropes ensnaring the rotors and causing catastrophic damages to them causing a crash. No helicopter ever leaves ropes dangling after a fast rope scenario for this reason.
