Aladdin is scaling the stairs that lead to the lamp in the "Cave of Wonders". The downshot as Aladdin just begins to climb, shows all of the steps are deeply recessed into the rocks. As Aladdin climbs, a distant silhouette shot shows Aladdin climbing stairs projecting from the rocks. When Aladdin reaches the summit, all steps are recessed except the last five. Once Abu takes the jewel from the idol's hands, the cave begins to collapse. As Aladdin runs down the stairs, all of the steps now project outward substantially from the rocks.
