When Katie is being attacked and takes refuge in the confessional, the attacker makes 'stab holes' in several sides of the booth, which then let in bright, glaring sunlight. Yet simultaneous exterior shots of the parishioners waiting to be let into the church reveal it to be overcast and raining, certainly not sunny as it mysteriously was inside the church and confessional.
