In reality, it's not normal that a new heir apparent in a royal family upon the passing of a crown prince or crown princess, would actually inherit the title of crown prince.This title is traditionally only for an heir born as next in line to a reigning monarch, or for someone who is the senior child, grand child or so on, and thus the next heir in line at the time of a new monarch's ascending to the throne.
