When the Marshal is escorting Nurse Chambers and Dr. Loomis back to Smith's Grove in his vehicle, there is a blinking light in the rear window. When Dr. Loomis shoots out the window the car screeches to a turn and the light is no longer there. As they reach the hospital the light is on and blinking again.
