Near the end of the film when the canisters of nitro on Mario's truck have been unloaded by the oil rig crews and the logically now-empty truck is driven toward Mario for him to drive back to Las Piedras, the canisters can briefly still be visible on the back of the truck until Mario actually gets into the cab, at which point the canisters are no longer there.
