When Rat is communicating with Josh, he sends him a message about prime numbers being the code. Josh then tries entering a sequence of numbers, appearing to be the prime numbers, but he starts the sequence with the number 1. Although historically it was not agreed upon, the number 1 has not been considered a prime number long before this movie is set. Both Josh and Rat and who ever set the code all made the same error and never noticed this.
