During the first few minutes of the movie showing various 'camps' in England during the gale that showed up on June 4th heavy rain is seen in the foreground, but no rain is seen on people or scenery in the background. Two examples, Gen. Cota's headquarters. rain is falling right outside the door, but the building and guard across the street are dry. A second on the waterfront shows rain falling on a bobby, but puddles on a road in the background do not show raindrops.
