Before the final confrontation between Dr. Loomis, Laurie and Michael Myers, the latter approaches the door of the operating room while the former try to hide. As Michael is looking in the door is solid with a thick window frame and has a deep wooden stain. As Michael begins to succeed in tearing it apart, the door is now flimsy with a faded look to it.
