When Michael is in the car chase on the motorcycle, the chase actually takes places in different parts of the city. In some shots 2 way traffic is going down a one way road. In other shots they drive by the same cars and stores numerous times and in other shots, there would not be large transport trucks allowed in that stretch of roadway due to restrictions of weight, noise or turning radius.
