When Little Moon kills the hare/ rabbit with the sling, the shots of the hare/ rabbit show it to be in a completely different environment - more grass, less rocks.Environment (or terrain) is not a constant. "Over there" and "over here" can be distinctly different, and, in this case, not very different.
