There is no minimum ejection altitude for the F-35: it's equipped with a Zero-Zero ejection seat. Zero-Zero means zero altitude and stationary (on the ground). However, when the plane is falling straight down at terminal velocity, this makes a zero altitude eject extremely dangerous. But none of this really matters because when Carol makes the minimum eject call the visuals show the plane at several thousand feet.
