In what is one of the most famous guitar parts in all of cinematic history - the standoff at the graveyard - the low note on the guitar is quite noticeably flat, and not on purpose. The musician was plucking the string with too much pressure when tuning (making it seem higher in pitch) and he was too tone deaf to catch his mistake when playing.
