Sasha tells Natalie she found an early edition of the Kama Sutra with illustrations, but the book she shows her is very modern. The Kama Sutra is an ancient manuscript believed to have been published 1,700 to 2,100 years before this movie was made. The first English language publication would've been over 1,100 years old. At most, the book Sasha has appears to be 10 or 20 years old and is certainly not an "early edition".
