(at around 59 mins) The command prompt used by Ray Arnold while attempting to access security settings appears to have correctly started in normal user mode, as the prompt symbol is simply a ">" character. He would have to enable superuser mode, often indicated by a "#" symbol, to access important system information such as security settings. Perhaps the enable command was "please."
