Near the beginning and at some points in the movie, a logo is displayed that reads United States Court Ninth Circuit, and when it is first displayed the caption on screen reads "Offices of State Attorney, Ninth Judicial Circuit".There is no "Ninth Circuit" in the US court system, and the case was not heard in the federal system- it was heard in Florida's Ninth Judicial Circuit. The US Ninth District Court of Appeal covers westerns states of California, Nevada, Alaska, Hawaii, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana as well as Guam. The logo should have read Office of the State Attorney Ninth Judicial Circuit.
