(at around 58 mins) When Deckard shoots Zhora she falls to the ground face-first, with her arms outstretched in front of her head (seen from POV low angle in front of her head looking out towards Deckard). In the next shot (POV above her dead body) her arms are now by her side with her hands beside her head.
