During the scene where Blair destroys the radio and is subsequently subdued by MacReady, Childs, Fuchs and Copper. Windows passes out on the floor after his ordeal. A figure in a green jacket is briefly seen rushing to help Windows. Nobody present in that scene was wearing that colour & type of jacket.
