Henry informs passengers who are disembarking in Ireland to proceed to the boat deck. However, because Titanic was so large and could not dock in Ireland, passengers were brought to and from the ship via tenders that were boarded through the main entry doors on E Deck. The boat deck had no access points for embarkation.
