Colonel Moorcroft has U.S. Army awards and ribbons that are out of Precedence. He has been awarded the Distinguished Service Medal which is the fourth highest ribbon a military member can earn. Instead of being in the top row it is in the middle of the middle row. It should be placed as his very first ribbon, top row closest to his heart.
