At 0:28:32 Atlas rises from his chair to swap the handcuffs. Freeze-framing through the edit reveals Atlas is shown face-on releasing his handcuffs, and in the next shot, his hands are back on the table with the handcuffs still fully on. The running of the film therefore jumps backwards in time for a fraction of a second.
