When Arnold is in the process of rebooting the computer system, he cuts power to the workstations in the control room one at a time by switching off three circuit breakers marked C-1 to C-3. He then switches off the main circuit breaker causing all the power to go off. When he switches the main breaker back on, one of the PCs comes back on with a command prompt visible but this would not have been possible as the circuit breakers to the individual workstations would have still been off.
