The Dursley house interior changes. When Mad Eye and the group show up to move Harry, there is burgundy wallpaper, carpet and dark cabinets. Later, when the Death Eater shows up looking for Harry, everything is white and there is a wooden floor.
The scene that this is referring to is a deleted scene and it's not the Dursleys' house that Yaxley went to. It's Hermione's house. Since Hermione never showed up for school (and she is Muggle-born) it's assumed that she may have still been at home. Due to her Memory Charm, her parents packed up and moved away.
