(at around 1h 7 mins) During the World Unity Fair, Mary Jane is trapped on a piece of balcony that falls away, quite clearly hanging off and separated from the rest of the balcony. However, after it cuts to Spider-man and back to her, the piece of balcony is attached and falls away a second time.
