Part of Amy's scheme to frame Nick involved bleeding herself on the kitchen floor, the volume lost of which she could not have survived. Her blood pressure would have dropped to a dangerously low level, and it would have taken at least one day for her body to replace all the blood that was lost had she survived, yet she is shown immediately after cleaning up the mess she made, which is impossible, having lost over three units of blood. Her plan would have quickly turned into a suicide.
