(at around 1h 7mins) When the T-Rex starts chasing Ian, Dr. Grant is seen in the background on the far left. On the soundtrack he is shouting, "Get rid of the flare!" but he's standing still with no movement, staring off to the right; showing it's some sort of mannequin and not an actor.
